Community Guidelines

SynergyWeb is a platform for creatives to collaborate, sell, and grow together. These guidelines exist to protect everyone — your work, your earnings, and your reputation. By using SynergyWeb you agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Treat every creative as a professional. We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or personal attacks — in messages, reviews, posts, or collab spaces. Violations are reported to report@synergyweb.app and may result in account suspension.

Your profile, portfolio, and services must accurately represent your work and skills. Do not use others' work without permission or credit. Do not misrepresent your experience or deliverables to win collabs or sales. See our Terms and Conditions for full platform usage rules.

You retain ownership of your creative work. By posting on SynergyWeb you grant us a limited licence to display it on the platform. When entering a collab, agree in writing via our milestone agreement system who owns what before work begins. SynergyWeb is not responsible for IP disputes arising from undocumented agreements. Collabs involve real money and legally binding milestone agreements. You are expected to: deliver what you agreed to in the milestone terms, communicate delays before deadlines not after, raise disputes through the platform not through external pressure or social media, and honour profit splits as agreed and signed.

Each milestone in a collab project may assign specific contributors and their individual profit-share percentages for that stage. Contributors named in a milestone are expected to complete the work associated with it. Owners must configure contributor shares honestly and not misrepresent the distribution to any party. Milestones with a zero payment value are internal tracking steps — no earnings are implied or owed for them.

Abandoning a collab mid-milestone without notice is a serious violation and may result in account suspension. For agreement copies contact milestoneagreement@synergyweb.app.

All payments flow through SynergyWeb's escrow system. Do not attempt to move payments off-platform to avoid fees — this voids your dispute protection. See our Payment Policy for full terms. Leave honest, constructive reviews based on real experience. Do not leave retaliatory, fake, or incentivised reviews. Review manipulation is grounds for removal. See our Terms and Conditions for full review policy.

All content posted — portfolio items, service listings, posts, collab descriptions — must be your own or properly licensed. No explicit, hateful, or illegal content. No spam or unsolicited promotion in collab spaces or messages. See our Privacy Policy for how your content data is handled.

Report users or content that violates these guidelines to report@synergyweb.app. We review all reports and respond within 5 business days.
